Site Data Collection
In addition to the above the following policies apply to your Bluetrait Site.
There is mandatory data collection for free accounts. This allows us to focus our development team, predict load, generate marketing plans and more.
Data collection is data that is collected from your site and aggregated into an internal central database for reporting purposes.
While your data is stored on our server(s) the support team do not have direct access to your site unless you request it.
Where possible we do not collect any data that may identify your customers or accounts.
An example of the data that we may collect from your site includes:
- Number of users
- Number of agents (online/offline)
- Number of jobs/tasks
- Number of email accounts
- Number of logins to the system
- Break down of agent operating systems
- IP Addresses (for geolocation reasons, actual IP addresses are not used after this)
- Agent/Computer Names
- Ticket Subject/Body
- Email Addresses or Usernames
- Job/Task script contents
Data collection is opt-in for paid accounts except for critical information required to provide this service.
For example we collect:
- How many paid users you have (for billing purposes).
- What plan you are on (Standard/Professional)
- Your sign up details (email/name etc for service updates)
- Your domain name (e.g myitbusiness.bluetrait.io)
Terms and Conditions
Bluetrait MSP (also referred to as Bluetrait, BluetraitIO or Bluetrait.io) is owned and run by Dalegroup Pty Ltd.
In no event shall Dalegroup Pty Ltd or its suppliers/contractors be liable for any accidental, consequential, incidental or indirect damages of any kind (including without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information or other pecuniary loss).
In no event shall Dalegroup Pty Ltd's liability for any claims whether in contract, tort or other theory of liability exceed the purchase price of the products, services or work contracted, unless such limitation of liability is otherwise prohibited by law.
The software, platform and functionality provided and any accompanying files are provided AS IS and WITHOUT warranties of any kind whether expressed or implied.
Dalegroup Pty Ltd makes every attempt to ensure that your data is safely stored, secured and backed up but we take no responsibility for loss or exposure of your data.
Dalegroup Pty Ltd makes no commitment the length that this service will be available. We also carry the right to terminate or suspend any account or site without reason or notice.
Dalegroup Pty Ltd reserves the right to change the price or pricing structure at any time for new and existing customers.
You may only hold 1 free account. If you look after multiple companies you may not create a free account for each company.
While we reserve the right to terminate your service this course of action will only be taken if necessary. Primary reasons for termination may include: Illegal Activity, Misuse of the service, overdue payment.
Returns & Refund Policy
Digital items and services will not be refunded except as required under the Australian Consumer Law or relevant consumer protection laws.
There is no obligation to provide a refund or credit for reasons including (but not limited to):
- If you have changed your mind about the service
- If you bought a service by mistake
- If you do not have sufficient expertise to use the service
