Notice

  • Data pruning does apply on Free accounts
  • Minimum of 10 agents required to keep Free account active
  • User must sign in at least once every 30 days to keep Free account active
  • Email import requires an existing email account with either POP3 & SMTP access or Office 365
  • 10 MB file attachment size limit
  • 1 GB storage for file attachments per user

When signing up, your account will be created on the Trial package, with all features enabled.

After 30 days your account will be downgraded to Free unless upgraded.
