Edit Local User Permissions + More

We are pleased to release the latest version of Bluetrait. This upgrade includes:

1. Windows Agent 3.8. Allows you to edit existing user permission groups and create non-admin users. Requires .Net 4.8
2. New Program & New Service alert. You can now generate a ticket if a new program is installed, or a new service is created on an agent. From MSP -> Templates.
3. Fixed sorting on agent alerts page
4. External ID on CRM -> Projects
5. New permissions for Billing module splitting out quotes and invoices.
6. Various Billing module fixes including send CSV when generating invoice
7. Leave request improvements, can now assign groups to approve leave.
