Ticket Updates
We have released an update to the tickets module.
- + Multiple Ticket Rules can now apply to the 1 ticket. For example you can change status and priority with a different set of rules.
- + When viewing attachments on a ticket, if you click view on a wav file you can now listen in the browser (currently does not apply to note/reply attachments)
- * Fixed issue with CCs when using Azure Integration
