Report Improvements

We have made some improvements to the reports found in Reports -> MSP. We plan to continue to build on and improve these going forward; we welcome your input.

  • You can now select which sections (e.g agents, templates etc) to display
  • The customer company name is now displayed at the top (if selected)
  • You can now include some basic ticket created/closed information, by date range

We have also pushed further improvements to the Xero module to better handle data errors.
