Backend Billing Improvements

We've been making some improvements to our backend billing system.

We have the following improvements:

• Auto email if your payment method didn't work
• Increased to 6 days grace time if payment overdue
• Auto email PDF invoice on payment (for monthly bill only currently)
• Fixed issue with duplicate charges
