Improved Printer SNMP Support

In this release we have added improved support for monitoring printers via SNMP.

We can now display various printer information on the view agent page such as page count and toner levels.

We have included templates for these printers:

If you have other printers or some data is missing please log a ticket so we can gather more information.

We have also made other improvements:

On the dashboard you can now see a count of open alerts
On the dashboard you can now see a break down of total/online machines per company
When viewing an offline agent, you can now more easily see how long an agent has been offline
We have improved some background database indexing and processes to improve speed
Improved Xero error handling
Added "Monthly Hours" field to Projects with option to "Send Timesheet Notification Alerts to Client" if reaching time limit.
When viewing a company you can now see recent MSP agents
In Settings -> Billing you can now specify your next invoice, quote and purchase order number
In Settings -> Tickets you can now specify your next ticket number
Tickets now better handles NDR bounce messages to reduce email loops
In Timesheets you can now enable/disable types
