Ticket Improvements

We have released a minor update to improve the tickets module.

This includes:

  • Able to sort/reorder the departments dropdowns from Settings -> Tickets.
  • Fixes to the ticket wysiwyg editor
  • CC email addresses are now stored in the database so that you can re-use the existing email addresses for replies.
